With 350 exhibitors, all leaders on the market, and 16,000 expected visitors, the SIMI corporate real estate show, from 2nd to 4th December 2009 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, is the place to be for all key players on the French properties market: French properties and land offers, corporate real estate and business services, office space, logistics, business parks and commercial real estate.
Resolutely dedicated to business, the SIMI allows all professionals a chance to share and compare their experiences and develop new opportunities, while imagining the market’s future. Investors, promoters, architects and users all attend the SIMI to find new answers to the challenges of corporate real estate development in today's cities.

The Seine-Saint-Denis General Council will organise a conference on the theme of young creators and diversity on December 2nd from 2:30 to 3:30 pm.
New in 2009: Constructeo and effective building solutions
The results of the Grenelle de L’Environment imply new construction standards, particularly in terms of energy consumption, for new and renovated buildings. The obsolescence of many currently available buildings means major restructuring work will be required so they can remain on the rental properties market.
The SIMI 2009 Awards, sponsored by Generali Immobilier, will be presented Thursday December 3rd from 5 to 6 pm.
Two development projects in the Seine-Saint-Denis have been nominated:
• In the New Building category: Mermoz, presented by CBRE Investors in Le Bourget (93)
• In the Renovated Building category: Tour 9 , presented by The Carlyle Group in Montreuil (93)
